William Shakespeare was born on April 23, 1564, in Stratford-upon-Avon, England .William Shakespeare was baptized there on the 26th April ,1564.As it was customary to baptize children on the third day after birth,The 23rd of April is generally accepted as the Shakespeare's birthday and May 3 according to your present calendar.
William was the third child of John Shakespeare, a leather merchant, and Mary Arden, a local landed heiress. William had two older sisters, Joan and Judith, and three younger brothers, Gilbert, Richard and Edmund. Before William's birth, his father became a successful merchant and held official positions as alderman and bailiff, an office resembling a mayor.

Long journey of the Shakespeare came to an end on the probable anniversary of his birth ,April 23 , 1616 at the age of 52. Their is no source which explains how or why he died but it is only known that ,he died within a month of signing his will.In which he describes himself as being in "Perfect Health". Shakespeare was buried in the chancel of the holy Trinity church two days after his death
